The property is located on Markham Rd., just off of Pembina Hwy. and a 3 minute drive from the University of Manitoba. It is also a 1 minute walk from the new rapid transit system, so it only takes about 30 minutes to get downtown. It is a clean, updated corner unit with parking available and laundry on the same floor. There are two large bedrooms, an updated kitchen and a spacious living area with a balcony.

I am a fourth year student at the University of Manitoba studying statistics and actuarial science. I am clean, considerate and accommodating, and I get along well with others. I typically keep to myself, but I can be social, and I would love to make friends with my new roommate.
