Location: The Annex – around Bloor and Bathurst

Lease terms: You will sign a new lease with the landlord for September  1st – each of us are currently on a separate lease. Rent will be paid monthly to the landlord.

Additional Details: We are currently looking to fill large open room in our apartment. Roommates are currently two women in school and working. We are looking for someone who is easy-going, thoughtful, and good at communication to take over the room. Current tent lived here for 2 years and Iis now moving to BC. I’ve loved living here – it’s super close to transit, extremely walkable and the unit price includes laundry in the basement and air conditioning which has been truly the dream the last few years. 

The bedroom is a great size and is perefect for a night owl who likes to sleep in. The rest of the unit is on the smaller side (there’s no living room and the kitchen is tight), which means it requires us all to be mindful of each other and the space, and good at cleaning up after ourselves. If you are looking for somewhere calm and relaxed to come home to at the end of the day (or, to be working from home at) this is the space for you! Especially during COVID, we have worked hard to keep our circles small and to comply with the local public health protocols.
