This is a 2 bedroom basement apartment; there’s tons of storage space, kitchen with fridge/stove etc. Each bedroom has a deep closet. Short walk from Newmarket Go station and Main St, walkable groceries and essentials. There is no smoking allowed In the apartment.

The apartment has a private entrance, private laundry, and plenty of storage space. The upstairs neighbour is very quiet.

I’m 25f, outgoing and sociable. I’ve lived here for 3 years with 1 roommate (who is sadly now moving closer to her family) My work schedule varies: sometimes I am barely home for weeks, sometimes I work from home. I’d love a roommate who is communicative, kind, and shares in household chores.

I’m artsy, enjoy painting and drawing, as well as being outdoors and active! I weight-lift, wakeboard, and rock climb. I prefer to play music and dance around to make cleaning fun! I can be a little messy (and patient with other people’s messiness) but a clean home is important to me.
