Luce's room

This is a small basement apartment; there’s tons of storage space, kitchen with fridge/stove etc. Each bedroom has a deep closet. We have access to the backyard, so long as we pitch in for yard work. Short walk from Newmarket Go station. No smoking allowed In the apartment, but I use edibles regularly so 420 friendly as long as you use a smoke buddy/edibles or smoke off property.

I’m 22f, I love animals and art and work as a tattoo artist. I have small pets with me, but there is space to separate them if you have a cat. I enjoy cooking, hiking, and hanging out with friends in my spare time. I’d love a roommate who is sociable, as I like to get to know the people I live with!
