This is a 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony and island in the kitchen. It has massive windows that are south facing so it gets a ton of direct sunlight. This unit is on the 11th floor and the building elevators are fast. Additionally, the building has a rooftop pool, gym, and terrace with tables and chairs to spend the day there. The bathroom has a separate standing shower and bath, and there’s a ton of storage - there’s a walk-in closet in the bedroom, a hallway closet, and a pantry. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. The unit has since been furnished with a sofa, carpet, coffee table, and desk with chairs in the living room, the kitchen has 4 stools with backs, and the bedroom has a bed with nightstands, and a bookcase. So it already has everything you need to move in, but we’re planning on adding more furniture in the future to make it more comfortable! The apartment is a block away from a Pharmaprix and St. Catherines, 2 blocks from Concordia University, an Asian grocery store, and the Guy-Concordia metro (green line), and 5 blocks from a Provigo and the Lucien L’allier metro (orange line) - everything you need is within walking distance. Roomies wouldn’t allow me to upload videos but at your request, I can send a video tour I took of the apartment before it was furnished so you get a better feel for the space, and can see the entire thing!

Hello! My name is Alex and I used to live in this apartment with my roommates Lynda and Isaac. However, because of COVID, I am unable to return to Montreal and keep my share of the apartment so I have to leave the lease. It saddens me a lot because this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in and I wish I could go back just for it. But hopefully, that could convince you to give this unit a shot! Lynda and Isaac are the nicest roommates I’ve had, they’re both very sweet and dependable. Both are students at Concordia and value their education but also creating meaningful friendships!
