• Rent is $900/month and that includes heat, electricity, water. I would just ask that you pay half of the internet/TV which is $75/month. (Let’s get a cheaper plan)

Hello! My name is Emily and I’ve had this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 6 years. Looking for someone cool to coexist with. Willing to rent for Sept 1st 2021 OR Oct 1st 2021 for the right person.

I’m 26 years old, employed full time and am generally pretty easy going. I practice bass sometimes in the apartment at a reasonable volume (of course I won’t do this if you tell me you have a zoom meeting or something)

Disclaimer: I smoke pot while sitting by the balcony door and blow the smoke outside. It is important to me that my place doesn’t smell like weed or stink up the halls. I do not smoke cigarettes.
