Anna's room

Come join us in our new place! We have one bedroom available in a 3-bedroom flat located in East Van. Rent is $1000 + utilities.

The place is very modern with a big open kitchen and joint living/dining area. Laundry is included - and located in the basement. You would share a bathroom with one other only. We are very excited to decorate and make the place warm and cozy.

A little bit about us – we are two 25-year-old female young professionals. Both of us work full-time - Diane is a marketing professional and Anna is a healthcare coordinator. Joining us is also an 8-month old dog named Billie!

What we are looking for:

-Similar aged female -Clean and tidy -Loves dogs -No smoking/drugs/vaping

We would love to live with people who want to be friends rather than strangers but are very respectful of people needing their own space too.
