Hello, I’m looking for a third roommate for the apartment attached. The place is near Westmount in a very good area - All the transit you could ever need is a block away, a grocery store is down the street, there is a long strip of stores and pubs beside that grocery store, it has laundry, a stove, a fridge, and kitchenware, and because it’s close to Westmount we get passes to the Westmount pool, library, and gym. The rent is $750 (utilities included), and common areas are fully furnished. Let me know if you have any questions.
