It is a rather big suite (900s/f) and there is a large backyard. Laundry is shared with the upstairs tenant. It is a pretty easy walk to the bus stops, Uptown mall and it is fairly central to get to Langford or downtown. Laundry, Kitchen, living room and bathroom are all shared, although you will have the driveway to yourself.
