Okay so, I absolutely love this apartment, it’s a two bedroom, one bathroom place with a big kitchen and a cool dining room and living room. There’s a really nice deep bathtub with a good shower head as well. You’ll be getting the bigger bedroom (big enough for a queen/king, desk, dresser, and still has more room) that has a walk in closet attached. I’m taking the smaller room cause my stuffs already in there and I don’t like having a big space. There is a balcony that was completely redone this year. I haven’t put a picture of the new balcony yet, it looks nicer than that one. The apartment is downtown Toronto in cabbagetown about a ten to fifteen minute walk to get to front street. The apartment has pretty much all the stuff you’ll need but your bedroom doesn’t have anything so you’ll need a mattress and a bed frame and those basics. The roommate who is leaving signed a subcontract with me which kept the rent from going up as much. The downsides are the location and construction going on. I did receive news that the construction is set to end soon and the major repairs are complete. only the building’s exterior is being cleaned up. The location is not the best area in toronto however the building has security and feels safe.
Hi! I’m Fia(they/them), I’m 20 and I recently left culinary school to explore different workforces but I’ll still cook for you sometimes. I’m non-binary, genderfluid, queer, sex positive, pretty clean, and I’m neurodivergent. It’ll just be you and I living there (I have no pets sadly but I’m happy to welcome one in the apartment). I think it would be pretty cool if we could be friends and push each other to be kinder to ourselves. Oh I love to keep lists and stay mostly organized with life and whatnot so my room has a bunch of notebooks.
