We are a working couple in our late 50s, looking for a mature and responsable single person or couple to share our little and very cozy apartment with. We work up island most of the time, so who ever shares the apartment with us will have the apartment to her, him or them self(ves) most of the time except for our bedroom. We usually come back for one week every month or two.

We are looking ideally for a person or couple who has a similar life, meaning having to go away for work, but are flexible about it. Mainly our criteria is about respect of each other’s space, that is of course when we happen to share the apartment, no party, no smoking or heavy drinking. A mature working woman or stable couple will get preference.

Price is 1200$ for a single person, 1600$ for a couple per month, utilities and wifi included but not TV. It will be a monthly arrangement that could be long term if we all get along well.

The apartment is charming and very clean. It has its own parking. Downtown is a 20 minute scenic walk. There is a very good grocery store right across the street. The bedroom is small but well lit and has its own closet and chest of drawers. All that you see on the picture can be yours to use or you can furnish it yourself, we don’t care. There is a foldable futon in the bedroom but you are welcome to change it for your own bed. There is a nice yard and garden which you are also welcome to play with, as long as we agree on what to do. The owners live next door, are quiet and very charming. You can have a little or medium size dog or a cat.
