The room is very standard with brand new window in it as of this month. Also have radiator heating along the floorboards. I would be willing to leave the end tables if you want them, and potentially the lamp. Everything has been bought at this point in the rest of the apartment and all you have to do is furnish your own room. The TV is shared use with all streaming sites, as well as many blu ray disks. The apartment is one bus stop away from UM or a 2 minute drive. There is several services within walking distance so having a car is essentially for this area. We are located across the hall from the garbage and laundry rooms. Laundry is a coinmatic system. There is also a sauna and pool located in the basement.

Ethan is a student at UM, as well as being on the football team. Therefore he will be away several weekends throughout the fall. He is either on his computer in his room or watching movies in the living room, which you have full access to as well.
