3 bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bathroom. There are 3 balconies (one of the dining room, and 2 off 2 of the bedrooms), a powder room on the main floor and 2 full bathrooms on the 2 floor with the 3 bedrooms. There is on-site washer and dryer, dishwasher, and hot water on-demand. The room is furnished. There is no cable.

I’m 60, female, single, living in Canada for 48 years, from Guyana, and living at this (my current home) residence for 13 years. There has never been more than 3 people ever living in the house. For the past 18 months - it has only been myself.
