Spacious living room and kitchen with bar-style island, in-suite storage (plenty large enough for a bicycle), attached balcony, gorgeous view from all windows and balcony. Photos are of unit prior to occupation.

Laundry is on-site and card operated. Building has overnight/weekend security and is only accessible by keyfob.

Building features include a gym space, saltwater indoor pool, and sauna (full disclosure: Amenities have been closed for use for a year due to COVID measures, hopefully will re-open soon)

All utilities (electricity, heating, water) included in rent, internet provided by myself. Parking not included with listed price, but stalls are available in building’s parkade for an additional $125/month.

Common area is furnished, kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom has additional storage cabinet. Bedroom is not furnished.

I am a 27 year old woman, employed fulltime in the healthcare field. I have very standard work hours, typically 9am-6pm so I will be a very present roommate. I rarely have guests over but I don’t mind if you do (with advance notice). Fairly laidback, I’d like a housemate I can be friendly with. I enjoy reading, video games, anime, and sci-fi. Non-smoker, I do drink alcohol.

Looking to share with a young professional or student, female preferred. I’m open to all applicants who are respectful, at least somewhat tidy, and responsible. Also open to people with cats or small pets, I do have a cat of my own. Building does not allow dogs.
