Bedroom in semi-detached house on quiet cul-de-sac street near Upper Canada Mall. Close to transit, grocery stores, other amenities etc. Shared kitchen, laundry (same floor as bedroom) and bathroom. Clean, quiet, non-smoking environment, no drugs, parties, overnight guests.

I am a single, working female who is at the office from 8:30-5:00 Mon-Fri. I’m quiet and don’t have a lot of visitors. I like my time to myself but can be social as well. My hope is to have a peaceful, respectful environment with no drama where everyone gets along and feels at home.
