This is a 2 bedroom basement suite and all rooms are fully furnished. It is very close to a bus route to University of Manitoba. It is in a very nice neighbourhood. All utilities would be included as well as on-site free laundry.

You must be mature and responsible and pay your rent on time. You must tidy up after yourself. No smoking allowed inside and no pet’s.
