👋🏼Hello! We’re looking for a FEMALE renter that will live with us starting December 1, 2021, to July 31, 2022.

✨It’s a newly built townhouse (1 year old) in a quiet neighbourhood, located at 99 Shahi Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. For university students, especially those attending the University of Manitoba, it takes approximately 9-10 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and 10-15 minutes to get to the university (by bus). Renters share common areas such as the kitchen, dining area, living room, bathrooms, and backyard.

📌The room is semi-furnished and the rent will be $500/month, including utilities and internet. We would also collect a $250 damage deposit which would also act as the reservation fee.

🤗We would expect our renters to be neat and organized at the house. If you are interested, send me a message.

There are currently 4 girls living in the town house for the Fall Term. There will be 1 more moving in (in her own room), when Winter Term/in-person classes in UofM starts. Everyone is very friendly!
