House share downtown Burlington - 3 bdrm, 1 bath $820 all inc. plus internet. Shared with 29 Male, 28 Female working professionals. Parking available.

My friend Trish and I are in search of one roommate around our age to rent the 3rd room of a main floor apartment of a house - big windows, backyard, 2 rooms on one end of the apartment, one on the other, large dining and living rooms.

The room is the first picture unfurnished but includes the wardrobe.

I am a music teacher, and Trish is a biologist. We aren’t a couple. We are both mature and respectful, but like to be social, have fun/chill, and are easy to get along with. Open to having company over as well.

We don’t smoke although smoking outside would be permitted. There will be a 4 year old cat also in the apartment that I take care of.
