Hoping to rent out the recently renovated (2017) basement of my 800 sq ft house! Rent would include your own room, living space and bathroom in the basement as well as a parking space in the double car garage. Shared laundry in the basement, kitchen upstairs and fully fenced backyard.

The house is centrally located on Henderson Hwy approx. 5 minute drive from portage and main in wonderful EK.

Ideally I’d love to find a respectful and responsible roommate around the same age as I (24). I’m an extroverted introvert who loves to spend time with friends but also loves spending time relaxing at home! Looking for someone who is open minded and non judgmental and enjoys keeping a clean space!

Must enjoy furry friends as well as the house will also be shared with my 7 month old Goldendoodle, Fletcher 😊
