I’m looking to rent out an unfurnished room in my house to someone that likes cats.

No additional pets please. Male or female and no couples. I keep a clean and fairly quiet house, so looking for the same qualities. You can move in any time.

I travel about once or twice a month for work, and my ideal roommate would be ok with giving my 2 cats some attention when I am out of town. Food, water and litter is all pretty much automated. They are very well behaved and low maintenance. You will be getting the house to yourself anywhere from 1-3 weeks of the month.

The house is a 4 bedroom one office place that I live in with one other roommate who is out of the country for the foreseeable future. I am offering a room in the basement for one person, there is a second living room and bathroom that I do not use in the basement as well (bathroom would be shared upon other roommates return.We share the kitchen and common areas. There is a parking available in the neighbourhood and high speed internet. Great backyard with lots of trees and a hot tub you are able to use .

The place is close to downtown and west edmonton (92nd Ave at 150th street)
