Augusto's room

Re-leasing the room for up to a year, starting on July 1st. Room is in first two pictures.

It’s a large room in a 4 1/2 in Anjou, near Place Versailles shopping center (5 minutes walk) Dollarama, Maxi, Canadian Tire, Bureau En Gros, Pharmaprix and a good amount of restaurants.

It’s about 10 minutes from the Radisson metro station, but you can walk through the mall if you’re cold, the metro is quite literally across the street from the main entrance. The apartment is on the fifth floor (elevators present), there are couples (young and old) in our floor currently, some families in the rest of the building and also some bachelors (young and old) for neighbors.

Room includes a nice queen bed and desk, as well as a closet organizer if you want. Heating, Electricity, Water and Internet included in bill Parking available for 85$ per month

Fast bio: I like learning about everything, currently doing online school, currently in a relationship. Quad Pfizer vaccinated Starting July 1st it will be just me here since my roommate is headed to Quebec for the foreseeable future. I am a 22 year old male from Argentina, been living in Montreal for most of my life :] I was raised to be respectful, open-minded and to stay away from drugs :v I like to have a calm home life, and am very respectful about sleep schedules, but I also love going out with my friends, bars, movies, b o w l i n g etc. I speak Spanish, French, English. I do my part in cleaning and keeping stuff tidy as I don’t like to see much clutter when I’m at home. Hygiene is an important value and I try to be as clean and as considerate as I can be, I have my own things and I’m a very honest person.

The transit time to downtown is usually around 35 minutes including the walk time. This place is quite calm in my opinion so if you need to study or work at home and such, it’s really nice here.
