Nicola Street

It’s a wonderful, bright, spacious, 2 bedroom appartment in the heart of English bay (950m²). The appartement been completely renovated with new appliances. We are situated couple minutes walk from the beach and davie street but still in a quiet area.

The room is a great size for downtown. You can easily place a queen size bed with any other furnitures. Big windows all the back wall of the room. And we have 2 portable Ac for the summer. I have a lovely friendly cat so most be cat friendly.

My cat is friendly with other cats and dogs so if you have a pet we can make it work.

I’m a french canadian of 27 years old. I have been living here for now 2 years and I’m loving it. I live a healthy lifestyle by working out often and eating healty. I would prefer someone that is also heath concious.

I work as a nanny and baby sleep consultant. I also do work some nights so overall I work a lot. I’m easy going and do a lot of cooking. I like my place to be clean and tidy. I don’t need you to do much exept maintaining what I already do to keep the place clean. I love to go out with friends and visit what BC have to offer.
