Looking for a new roomie to take over one of the bedrooms in our share house. You would live with 3 other roomies in an old house two blocks away from King Edward Station. The room is fully furnished and price includes all utilities. You would be sharing with 1 male and 2 females; all professional, quiet and clean. Looking for non-smoking, no drugs, no pets, no couples, no parties. We have strict rules about guests, so make sure you are ok with that. Only 10 min walk to Safeway or Choices and one skytrain stop from Broadway/City Hall where there are numerous stores and shopping options. Bus routes 25, 15, 17 and 33 nearby. It’s an old, run down house so it’s not fancy, but we do have a dishwasher and laundry on site. Deposit is 380$.

We ask that candidates come for an in person visit to see the place and meet the roomies. Everyone is quiet, clean and respectful. We are very private people and want to maintain the current balance we have of good energy, relaxed, calm and safe household.
