It’s a two bedroom house with a front and a backyard. 5 minute drive to UofM Fort Garry campus and 12 minute ride by bus. It’s also two minutes away from a park and red river.

Rent includes all utilities and WiFi. Room is furnished for a student. Central AC, laundry and parking available. The landlord will apply a 25 CAD monthly discount on the rent if you sign a 6 month lease.

You’ll be sharing the house with me. I’m a 25 year old grad student at UofM. I’m quiet, introverted and compassionate. I don’t mind if you bring guests over or have parties. I don’t care if your room is messy. I’m good with pets but not sure yet if the landlord will allow it. I’m a smoker and will be smoking in the backyard. I’ll stay out of your hair and respect your privacy. But I prefer to live with someone I can be friends with. I make a little music, enjoy activities in nature and watch a lot of Netflix.
