Apartment is a 10min drive to UFV and the Abbotsford airport. It is also walking distance to Real Canadian Superstore and a couple of restaurants.

Underground parking +$35 Utilities - Around $25 per 2 months (typically higher during winter season).

Looking for someone who plans to stay long term. (6+ months)
