Junhyuk's room

It’s a quite spacious room(520 sq/ft according to A&O support) for one, so I’d like to have a roommate. There’s a bathroom, kitchen, and small storage. Also, there’s a bus stop right in front of the house so it’s really convenient. There are lots of things near the house like Popeyes, Pizza Pizza, Dollartree, Dollarama, St.Vital centre, so in my opinion, it’s a really good place to live. We do have a gym in the building so you don’t have to pay an additional cost for that. There’s a laundry room on the first floor. All the utilities are included except for the internet, which is $67.20. There’s no separate room(it’s just one big bachelor), so I’m thinking of buying a room divider to divide the room. It’s gonna be a bit noisy and annoying since it’s not the best way to make two rooms from one, but if you’re okay with this, please contact me!
