Im currently for a new flatmate as mine it sadly moving back to Mexico. The apartment is situated in Burnaby, metrotown area. 3 minutes walk to the skytrain, pricemart foods below our building as well as cactus club, earls, the mall, and jjbean. There is an additional underground parking stall too, if you drive. You have your own private room which comes with a comfortable bed. A large closet, and your own bathroom. The whole apartment is already furnished with not much space left for more things so ideally, you’d just come with your clothes and small things. There is also a gym in the apartment if you like. Wifi is included in rent, and hydro will be split between the 2 of us, ONLY in the winter months (3 billing cycles)The lease will be 3 months to start, and we can extend if we both feel it’s a good fit. I figured this was a good idea so there’s no pressure on either of us.
I work a lot! usually out with friends or snowboarding/beaching. A clean space is important to me! Clean up after yourself and leave the areas how you found them. I also don’t have a lot of people over, out of respect for my housemate so I would expect the same.
