There is still a lot of room for improvement (furnishing the balcony, more brightening, wall arts, …) and I can really use your help with it :) I will pay for the costs of your rooms lightning by your choice. The room is available for a 6-month with room for continuing the agreement. Parking available for 200$/month

Hey guys! I am the only one who’ll be sharing the place with you. I have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and right now, I’m studying a business major. -non-smoker-, super easy going. Upon arrival, we can set rules by each other’s preferences so we can both have our personal level of comfort. However, I am not really a fan of parties. Keeping the shared areas clean is a must though.
