Hi! We’re looking for a roommate (or couple) in our 2 bed 1 bath apartment located in east van (Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood) ideally for November 1st
Rent is 836 + wifi + hydro. The apartment is located a two minute walk from an R5,14,16 and 07 bus stop. It’s about 10 minutes to downtown via the R5. There is also many amenities around such as grocers, a pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries just a couple minutes walk away. Also located about a 15 minute walk from the PNE.
We are looking for someone who appreciates having a clean space, values open communication and would be down to hang out occasionally.

About the roomies
About us: we are a couple in our mid-twenties who enjoy being social with roommates but also value and respect privacy and personal space. We both enjoy creating art, playing video and board games, cooking, sharing music, skateboarding, and watching movies.
We both mostly work evenings 3-5 times a week and tend to stay up a little later, but can adjust the activity in the apartment at night accordingly
