Hello everyone!

Hope all is well. I rented an apartment unit and I have a spare bedroom. I’m looking to bring in an occupant starting on January 1st 2022, on a month-to-month basis. Ideally until November 30 2022.

I’ve bought a full bed in the room you will be in, as well as a dresser and nightstand. Currently, there is no sofa or TV in the living room. I do plan to get one at some point. Please don’t bring your own.

I have a kitchen, bathroom and living space that you can use as well.

Heat, water, hydro and Wifi included Your room will have a new bed **If you work from home & need extra space - we can discuss using the living room

**The apartment management requires a background check (no credit check) (just for safety) and just a form to be signed to make it official. **

I’m 26, male, in relationship and I am sharing the spare room so that I can split rent and save faster.

** I’m currently working from home. Please note that I take calls for work typically from 11am-7pm so my voice taking calls in my room or living room may not be something you’re comfortable with in an apartment. I don’t drink or smoke. I don’t host parties. I don’t blast music. I clean up after myself and would strongly expect the same for my roommate. Keeping the bathroom and kitchen clean is also important to me. I have no issue with guest as long as it’s a respectful environment and/or not sleeping over for multiple days.

On my free time I love to watch NBA, hang with friends, gym, play video games and learn new things. I may have friends over from time to time to watch NBA games in the living room.
