Suite shared with 1 other person and 2 cats Available November 1st Wifi & utilities not included in price.* .. *I get it, “$960 for a shared suite, and wifi and utilities aren’t even included?” but trust me, this place is worth it. The only reason I’m trying so hard is because I don’t want to leave because I love it so much, and I’m sure if you move in you’ll feel the same way. Plus, the two fluffy boys are pretty soft, even if one will take most opportunities to bite you. .. The suite is technically 3 bedrooms so there’s plenty of space for the two of us, and any feline companions. We’d each have our own bedroom, plus shared use of the large kitchen & living room, full sized bathroom, activity room, storage spaces, and outdoor areas.

Household responsibilities are shared and split between us how we see best fit. Must be fully vaxxed & covid conscious. Open communication & accountability is a must.

I’m introverted but sociable; I want to get to know you and be able to catch up and have a real conversation with eachother, but I enjoy plenty of time to myself as well. I’m a homebody and fairly low-key (especially since covid). Puzzles and board games are some of my preferred activities. I also enjoy crafting, and binge watching shows I’ve seen numerous times. I would love to do any one of these, or another shared activity together sometimes!
