It is a walking distance from DAL (About 10 minutes). convenient store and restaurant is located downstairs.

I am a masters student at Dal, in my second year. I like the place neat and tidy. I am friendly, easy to talk to and considerate. My hope for a roommate is someone who is comfortable to be around and considerate.
