{Sorry for not replying as an emergency came up. I am still renting one private furnished room, that will become available October ).

Sharing is no issue, however each extra person raises the rent by $200.

This quiet private room is close to the college, mall and main area in town. It’s furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, fridge shelves and other furniture that is desired as I have a lot of furniture. It has a locked door to the home, and also the side entrance in where only you would have the key. The side entrance leads into the backyard with a BBQ , camp fire and seating.

The kitchen/laundry/shower is shared, however the tenants are clean and organized.

~~ all utilities/wifi/ dishes/cookware/bakeware, bed sheets, blankets, etc are here! I dont require a lease , however I do require last months rent up front with 30 days notice.

This is a cozy, yet spacious three level semi, with friendly tenants. Most have resided happily for 2-3 years as I believe I am a very fair landlord. (1 graduate has resided for 5 years since she arrived, as she doesn’t want to leave until she is with her Family. I am her Mother figure, and appear to be with all past, younger tenants.
