This townhouse is in a great location for downtown Halifax shenanigans being just off Spring Garden, only a 10 minute walk to Dal’s main campus. The house has a main floor with a kitchen and a living room. One bedroom is on the main floor as well with the other two being in the basement with the shared bathroom. Laundry machines are not in the house, but are available just out front. The rental company WILL charge extra for a reserved parking space at $115 per month extra.

Will be just me until I find two roommates. I am an undergraduate student at Dalhousie University, looking for two roommates (preferably fellow students) to fill the bedrooms here. I’m a person who keeps the kitchen/bathroom clean and I usually keep to myself. I am usually up late but won’t make any noise to disturb sleep.
