The first room displayed in the pictures is available for May 1st, 2024 @ 900.$ p/mth. All inclusive. The other two rooms are no longer available.
Fully furnished air conditioned room with keyed lock on bedroom door for privacy. Including a smart tv, desk & chair, Queen Bed, dresser, 2 night stands with lamps, & floor lamp, mini fridge, small microwave & coffee maker. Includes wifi & utilities, free laundry one day per week.
There are kitchen privileges in a fully stocked kitchen, with designated and labeled cupboard, fridge and freezer space.
Suitable for a quiet, respectful, clean and neat, person who is a non smoker, minimal drinker, (no drugs). Suitable for a student or working person, who enjoys their privacy. Bring your own bedding. Dishes and cutlery provided.
About the roomies
