Howe Street

Hi everyone! My awesome roommate is leaving the country at the end of December so I am starting to look for a roommate for January 1st.

Rent is 1150/mnth all inclusive, you get your own bathroom (not an ensuite, but it will be yours!), a massive walk in closet & a parking spot included in the rent. The location is prime (Davie/Howe), 19th floor, right downtown and everything is incredibly walkable. Laundry is in suite, plus the building has a gym, pool, and sauna. You will be sharing the appartment with only me. 🙂 You (ideally) - around the same age, working full time or a student (can keep up with rent), Clean, don’t work from home ideally, and are ideally single (or not attached at the hip with your partner, the apartment is pretty cozy in size), and Friendly/social.

Not picky about your gender identity, just as long as you’re cool and fit the above description 😎

Pictures are of the ones my roommate took from his first post (the ones I responded to when I moved in haha) but essentially is the same, except the bedroom has my stuff in it (which will be gone as I’m taking my roommates current room, plus it will be unfurnished) + more plants, decor, etc.

A bit about me- I am 25, work full time as a server and yoga/fitness instructor, I’m vegan, social, clean, and respectful. I like to have my space respected, so I will gladly respect yours, but I’m also down to hangout! I am social and like to go out and occasionally have a couple friends over, but at a minimum, as the space is small (and would expect the same of you 🙂 )
