2 bdrm 1 bath (no tub) 1000sq ft 2 level top floor suite of a house located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant along West 12th Ave between Main & Cambie. Beautiful south facing 2nd level balcony that gets a lot of sun. Back yard available for a garden if you’re so inclined

Great area, close to neighbourhood parks, transit restaurants & coffee shops.

Total rent is $2490 for the whole place. Rent for 1 bdrm and half the living space is $1300 all inclusive. $2490 ÷2= $1245 + 55$ for half internet bill = 1300$ In suite laundry included, dishwasher & small amount of storage.

I am looking for the right person to share this great space with long term. Someone who is quiet, considerate, respectful, responsible, and maintains cleanliness around the house. Ideally a Mon-Fri working professional, or just a good hearted cool human.

I am around the house during the day and work mainly evenings. The space will be free most evenings throughout the week. I am out of the space quite frequently as I live a very active lifestyle.

There is good calm energy in this space right now, and I wish to keep it that way.
