An unfurnished basement near UofM is available from December. It’s part of a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. We prefer females but will consider males.

The place is a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute bus ride to UofM. You will have the whole basement to yourself with a separate entrance. Washroom and kitchen will be shared with upstairs housemates (three females). But the half bathroom on the main floor will generally be yours to use. There’s plenty of green space with a front and a backyard. There’s a deck and a hot tub in the backyard too. Garage parking is available.

PS: We are pet friendly, but we do not have any pets of our own. If you want to move in with a pet, you might have to pay the entire pet deposit by yourself.

We are three females in our mid twenties from different parts of the world. Two of us are grad students at UofM and one of us is a young professional. We’re very flexible and open minded. We don’t care if you bring guests over, smoke or do whatever brings you joy. We are hoping for a friendly, communal environment in the house and would prefer an easy going person.
