Both available. parking space, bar/kitchen nook if you want. separate entrance. Shared laundry. Has some furniture if you want it. Full use of backyard with two firepits. Close to LRT. $700 plus shared utilities with me and my son. You are responsible for own food and hygiene products and cleaning supplies etc. Have dogs and cats on site.

We are quiet, working I have pets upstairs, Shared kitchen have all dishes utensils cooking appliances. main bathroom for showering. You will be with 2 other working people in this six bedroom home. no smoking or vaping in the home. Big shared yard. Pets on site. We all run smoothly and without conflict.
