Hi Everyone! My housemates and I are moving out of this super listing end of November and this room is available for rent from 1st December onwards. Rental price is $1250.

All bills are included, except Internet. The house will be unfurnished for the new tenants. I moved into this house when I moved to Canada in January 2021 and its honestly the largest house I’ve ever lived in and for the cost it’s pretty much a steal! The house is in an amazing location (Florence Street) near Queen West and Dufferin. It’s also:

  • 15 mins walk from Metro, Freshco and No Frills
  • 15 mins walk from Liberty Village
  • 15 mins walk from Trinity Bellwoods
