Looking for a Female or Male Roommate to share my furnished house with located in East Kildonan (near Concordia Hospital). The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, move in ready! Bedroom is located on the mainfloor and access to a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub. The basement has a treadmill that can be shared. Parking on the driveway is available. My house is large and has two different areas for separation. The property located approx a 5 minute drive to Regent area. Superstore and bus routes are only a short walk away!
