Megan's room

This is a first floor apartment with a patio, the residents I have met so far have all been very sweet and welcoming. We are close to a gorgeous park with a playground, an adorable bookstore, the best fish and chips place I have ever been to, and about a 5 minute walk from Capri mall which has a gym, grocery store, urgent clinic as well as many other amenities. We are close to multiple bus stops, street and visitor parking is available, or lime scooters seem to pop up left and right if that is more your speed!

Rent is 825/mo plus utilities (usually about 40 each) and high speed wifi (also about 40), evening out to around 900/mo. Move in date would be at the beginning of January. I am currently paying month to month and will be here until the end of April, it’s up to you if you’re willing to stay longer or not. The complex itself is non smoking but if that is your thing I do not mind, just take it outside and all is well!

The complex is cat friendly, I have an 8 month old indoor kitten named Finn who is super sweet and I would be open to another cat as long as they are not aggressive towards other animals :)

Hi! My name is Megan. I am a second year nursing student at UBCO. My roommate has decided to move back home with family so the room is up for grabs! I am very easy-going, I’m good either way; whether you prefer to keep to yourself or are looking for a friend in a roommate.

When I am not in school (which is most of the time ) I enjoy movies, video games, going for walks/hikes and cooking! Me being in school means you will have a lot of quiet time from about 9-4 most weekdays. My classes are hybrid this year so I will be home, at clinical, or on campus during those times.
