As our roommate you will not be added to the lease, but you will sign a roommate agreement with us, the tenants on the lease, and you will pay rent to us. We are seeking a roommate who would like to live in our apartment for at least one year. Documents required for application: -Landlord references -Roommate references -Rental application requested by the landlord -First and last month’s rent We’re looking for 1 roommate to complete our 3-bedroom home at Danforth and Greenwood. The apartment is located on a residential tree-lined street, just steps to Greenwood station and the restaurants/shops on Danforth. We have one (10x11 feet) room available with a private entrance to the balcony which is pretty sweet! Unless an open access agreement were to be made between roommates, this door would only be used by you in the absence of an emergency. However, the balcony is a shared space and there is another entry point outside which everyone has access to. The available room is partially furnished with a double bed but the room can come unfurnished as well. The living room, bathroom and kitchen (common areas) are all fully furnished. As our roommate you will have access to the apartment’s common spaces and amenities: open-concept kitchen and living room, dishwasher, front loading laundry and bathroom.

About me: I’m 27, male, and I am an aerospace engineer who moved here from France. I stay active doing CrossFit, play the drums in a band and always up for an adventure in or out of the city. About your other roommate: She’s 28, also from France, she moved to Canada 3 years ago and she is working in insurance. She likes hanging out with roommates in the living room and she’s always up to go for a walk or grab a drink in the city. As roommates we enjoy hanging out together in our downtime by cooking, chatting and grabbing drinks from time to time. We’re looking for someone who shares a similar 9-5 schedule, is happy to contribute to the tidiness and cleanliness of common spaces, friendly, considerate and quiet at night.
