Rent:The rent is $1400 which will include water and heat. Renovated: The apartment is currently under complete renovations where there will be new flooring, tiling , countertops and a fresh coat of white paint. Location: the apartment is a 5 minute walk to Sunset Beach, 10 minute walk to English Bay beach, a block off of Davie Street, and is close to great restaurants, shopping and amenities. View: the apartment is facing the water and has a gorgeous view of Sunset Beach, English Bay, false creek, and Burrard Street Bridge. You even have a view of the ocean from your bedroom. Date: I’d like to have a roommate starting at a 6 month term and to move in on December the 1st!
