I have a 2 bedroom apartment that I am looking to share with a roommate I am a 23 yr old female who is currently in school , I have a dog so you must be ok with him , he is very friendly and just wants cuddles . The apartment is in Fairview but has been recently renovated with all new appliances, floors , windows , kitchen and bath . Coin Laundry in the building There is parking available on the street , but also close to transit .
