I am looking to sublet my half of the lease on this apartment until it expires on the 1st of May. Me and my roommate Matthew are both 19 year old McGill music students, but I am not returning to school for the winter semester and am moving outside of Montreal. Matthew would be the only roommate in this apartment. This would be a great option for students looking for housing for the winter semester, but that isn’t a requirement!
