Unit is a 3 bedroom house on the second and third floor. The room is a good size with a beautiful alcove window. The house is a 100 year old beautiful architected space with stain glass windows all around. Downstairs we have a huge living room, dining room, kitchen and we have in suit laundry, a huge balcony, and a bathroom with a tub. We are a 10 minute walk to high park, keele subway station (there are also a ton of buses that take you right to the station), and even closer to Dundas street where there are a ton of really cute and quaint places to shop/eat at.

We are looking for someone who is kind and communicative and wants to create a peaceful home environment.

We really want this home to be a safe space where we are all comfortable being ourselves and expressing our needs in a mature manner while also respecting each other’s boundaries and limitations. I’ve had some negative roommate experiences in the past so I want to really make sure that the fit is right.

Ems is 25, nonbianry (they them pronouns) and queer. I am a fairly introverted person (and generally get along best with other introverts) who still likes to be friendly and hang out some times with the people I live with when I have the energy. Im vegan and would prefer to not have meat cooked in the home. I want the home to be a very sex positive and body positive space (I like to walk around naked sometimes). I would prefer a drug free home as much as possible (except weed which I smoke as well). I work from home as a rope bondage practitioner and bdsm educator so you will have to be okay with me having clients over. I have a separate room for my practice which is on the main floor of the house. Most of my clients are queer but not all. I will tell everyone when I am having a client over so you can do whatever you have to to make things more comfortable. I have a ton of plants so the space is filled with greenery.

Jena is white 23, queer and is an introverted writer. Has worked in the film industry in nyc for the last few years & recently moved to Toronto. 420 friendly & vegan as well.
