Subletting my apartment. I currently need someone to take over my lease, as I’m relocating. The person will be joining my current housemate in a 2 bedroom apartment. Housemate is Nigerian male and can share the apartment with either male or female. Apartment is unfurnished, and bill includes water and heat. Rent doesn’t include internet and hydro. Internet costs $44 each monthly, and hydro bill varies (most times, less than $20 each). Move in date for anyone interested is from June 1. Apartment is around Pembina way, very close to U of M.

Housemate is a very cool person, and always fun to have around. Looking forward to staying with someone like this, too.
