This basement apartment is located around Leslie and Steeles. The house is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and is one bus ride to finch station. The apartment includes a washer and dryer that is shared with the tenants upstairs. My current roommate is moving out, and i’m looking for someone to move in September 1st. I own a cat so you must be okay with living with a cat. Females only. No parking.
