The basement is newly renovated. Kitchen has fridge and stove. Room is unfurnished. Sharing kitchen and bathroom.

Ossington and Harbord, great location! Close to downtown but quite and safe neighborhood.
Everything including grocery, bank, drug store, cafe, restaurant, laundromat, etc in walking distance. 5 mins walk to Ossington station. Less than 15 mins walk to Dufferin Mall(No frills, Walmart and etc) Less than 15 mins to University of Toronto, around 30 min to Ryerson by TTC.

$750/person with all included except for internet. (Internet fee can be flexible because I’m hunting for a new promotion for the next year. Currently I pay $20/person.)

No parking space. No smoke, no pets please. The first and last month deposit required. First year is fixed term, month by month after the first year.
