Laundry is not available, clothes drying rack is available. $1,200 dollars monthly and includes all utilities and wifi.
This situation is best suited for a mature, responsible, clean and tidy person; a working person/roommate or student, who is a friendly, quiet adult with good communication skills.
Owner lives on top floor and requires access to storage room and will sometimes use art studio/craft room during the day, which is adjacent to the living tv/area of 1200 square floor plan.
Available from Aug 16th forward negotiable- References needed. No smoking or vaping, no weed/drugs, no parties on property and occasional guests. Minimal drinking is acceptable, 11 pm to 7 am quiet time. No pets.

We are a quiet and friendly couple, who are living upstairs of you. We enjoy gardening, hiking, kayaking, snow shoeing, camping, and the arts: the list goes on. Although we are primarily upstairs our paths would cross when we access the laundry and use studio/craft room area, etc. There is also a friendly, 6 year old cat residing here too …. purr! We are looking forward to a mutually respectful and harmonious relationship with our future roommate.
