One bedroom, furnished, close to downtown in a nice 23 year old home. Furnished bedroom includes a queen sized bed, dresser, closet, and use of shared full bathroom. Laundry not available. Home is located on one acre of private river frontage.

This situation is best suited for a mature, responsible, clean tidy person and perhaps a working person/roommate or student.

Use of kitchen, furnished TV lounge and outdoor patio area with table and chairs overlooking the river for you to enjoy.

Available Dec1st - References needed. No smoking or Vaping, no weed/drugs, and no parties on property. Minimal drinking is acceptable, 11 pm to 7 am quiet time and no overnight guests. Due to current Covid 19 restrictions, company is limited. For safety reasons, you are required to be following the Covid 19 gov’t advised practices/procedures at all times.
